Stone Circle Nutrition is a UK supplement brand built around one idea

The body doesn’t train in moments. It trains in cycles.

So we didn’t build another product. We built a system — 10 supplements organised into 4 stages of the training cycle.

What is the 4R system?

Four stages. Each one maps to a real part of a real week — not to a marketing calendar.

Why the complete cycle beats the single fix

So a plan that supports only the loud forty minutes is supporting maybe a tenth of the process. You can absolutely get stronger doing that. You will also spend years wondering why progress feels like pushing a car uphill.

What goes in — and what doesn’t

Made and packed in the UK.

Doses you can read.

Formats that fit real life.

Certification that means something.

Allergens and stimulants declared plainly.

Who we make this for

You might be under a barbell, or on a start line, or three rounds into a session that leaves your forearms useless and your ego adjusted. You might train five days a week or three evenings after work. The frequency isn’t the qualifier — the seriousness is.

What our customers have in common is a specific kind of scepticism. They read the back of the label first. They’ve been sold “explosive” and “unleashed” and “beast” enough times to find it faintly embarrassing. They’re not chasing a six-week transformation photo. They want to be doing this in ten years, with knees and shoulders that still cooperate.

Things we won’t do

Where this goes next

Next comes our own formulations, developed specifically for each R. Same standard, more control, no shortcuts to get there faster. We’d rather ship the right thing late than the wrong thing on schedule.

A stone circle is a closed loop — built from parts that only mean anything in relation to each other, made to still be standing a long time from now. That’s not a metaphor we chose to be clever. It’s the whole product strategy.
