RISE / FOCUS
Swallow 2 capsules with a glass of water. For best results, take 45 minutes before food or 90 minutes after food. Do not take more than 6 capsules per day.
REINFORCE / MUSCLE COMPOSE
Add 1 scoop (30g) to a glass of water (200ml), juice, milk or other liquid of your choice. Stir with a fork, spoon or use a blender for best results. Use 1 to 3 servings (heaped scoops) per day or as required.
RECOVER / MUSCLE REPAIR
Mix 2 scoops (90g) of powder with 200ml of water. As the powder may settle over time, we recommend weighing each serving for the most accurate measure.
Best consumed immediately after training or exercise.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
What is included in the Performance System?
The bundle contains RISE / FOCUS, one tub of REINFORCE / MUSCLE COMPOSE and one tub of RECOVER / MUSCLE REPAIR.
Can I choose the MUSCLE COMPOSE flavour?
Yes. You can choose either Chocolate or Vanilla before adding the bundle to your basket. Both flavours use the same protein base.
Do I need to take all three products at the same time?
No. Each product supports a different part of your routine and should be used according to its individual directions.
When should I take each product?
RISE / FOCUS is designed for the preparation stage before training. MUSCLE COMPOSE can be used after training or at another convenient time to support daily protein intake. MUSCLE REPAIR is designed for post-training recovery.
How many servings are included?
RISE / FOCUS contains 30 servings. MUSCLE COMPOSE and MUSCLE REPAIR each contain 20 servings. Actual usage and replenishment timing may vary depending on how frequently each product is used.
Can I purchase the system without a subscription?
Yes. Performance System is available as either a one-time purchase or through Subscribe & Save.
Can I select a different delivery period for each product?
No. All products within the bundle use one shared delivery schedule and are renewed and delivered together. Individual schedules remain available when products are purchased separately.
How much do I save?
The one-time bundle includes a 5% discount compared with purchasing the products separately. Subscribe & Save applies an additional subscription discount to the bundle price.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can manage your subscription through your account in accordance with the Subscription Terms.
