A productive session starts before training and continues after it. Train + Recover combines two complementary stages of the Stone Circle system in one simple routine: RISE / FOCUS for pre-training mental readiness and RECOVER / MUSCLE REPAIR for post-training recovery nutrition.

The bundle is designed to support both sides of a training session. RISE / FOCUS supports cognitive function, mental performance and energy before training. RECOVER / MUSCLE REPAIR provides protein, creatine, collagen, vitamins, minerals and electrolytes to support muscle maintenance, rehydration and normal energy metabolism afterwards.

RISE / FOCUS

Swallow 2 capsules with a glass of water. For best results, take 45 minutes before food or 90 minutes after food. Do not take more than 6 capsules per day.

RECOVER / MUSCLE REPAIR

Mix 2 scoops (90g) of powder with 200ml of water. As the powder may settle over time, we recommend weighing each serving for the most accurate measure.

Best consumed immediately after training or exercise.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

When should I take each product?
