Returns

In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of the contract, or 14 days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).

**We do not accept returns for opened or used products. To be eligible for a return, items must remain unopened and unused. Please note, returns from marketplaces or independent retailers cannot be processed by us. Please refer to their respective return policies instead.
 
If you wish to return your parcel, you can do so by:
 
Print your order summary email with your order reference number on it. If you do not have a printer, please write your order reference clearly on a piece of paper.
Package your return products with the printed order summary email (or hand written order reference paper).
Please note: Without your order reference, we will be unable to process your refund.
Ship your return package to: Stone Circle Nutrition, 33 Cross Deep Gardens, TW1 4QZ.
Once your return has been shipped, kindly advise our Customer Experience team of the return tracking number by emailing it to [email protected]

Please note: We are unable to cover or reimburse the cost of returns.
